The Margaret Ogbeide Memorial Foundation (MOM Foundation) was founded in 2023 by Engr. Jonah Victor Ogbeide, an Entrepreneur, Investor and Philanthropist who is passionate about empowering the youths in Rural Area.
At MOM Foundation, helping out is not just a corporate obligation, it is a personal passion of the people who work here.
MOM Foundation's purpose is to bring about meaningful, measurable and sustainable change that helps disadvantaged and youths in rural communities to become self-sufficient. With a focus on innovative technology, we aim to uplift the rural youth towards independence in the bold new digital world.

Support children, who are hailing from rural background and often denied with the equal opportunities in theirupbringing, study environment and exposure to the competitive world, by shaping them to become global leaders of tomorrow.

Serve the needy with food and provide medical help as necessary as part of collective action to achieve the United Nation's Sustainable Developments Goals (SDG 2) “Zero Hunger” by the year 2030.
Environment
Develop green community neighborhoods through “Green Challenge” initiatives and empower them to protect our mother planet.
